Bible Question:
Thank you for the reply. How does our need to continue to confess our sins relate to what is happening in Isaiah 6:7? What is your thinking on my second question? What is the difference between (and significance of) one's iniquity and guilt being taken away and one's sin being atoned for and forgiven? mommapbs |
Bible Answer: Mommapbs To me one's iniquity and guilt being taken away and one's sin being atoned for and forgiven ... aren't the same. Our sins were atoned once, by Christ. While He also did the others on the cross, 1 John 1:9 says it will happen again. While we could die before confessing our recent sins, or even while committing them ... it will not keep us out of heaven. Searcher |
