Bible Note: Greetings Heisthe1! Thanks for your response my friend! What I'm hoping to see on this forum is speech 'seasoned with grace'. It is entirely possible to disagree with others without being disagreeable. Again, I'm not just addressing this to you my friend. I have seen so many 'short' and 'harsh' answers. I have seen so many angry responses. Something that always helps me to keep calm is to realize that God doesn't need my help to defend His truth. I think sometimes that we get too personally involved in our discussions and debates. When we do, we lash out at others out of hurt pride. I hope everyone on the forum will take a deep breath before responding and make sure that we put 'others first' (Phil. 2:3). Now, on to the issue of healing. I believe that God heals, but I do not believe that healing is guaranteed in the atonement. I haven't read all of your posts on this issue my friend, so if you don't mind, would you lay out your case for saying that God always heals? Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
