Bible Question (short): Womens Hair in the OT |
Question (full): Does anyone know of anything in the Bible that refers to womens hair in the OT. I am puzzled that the OT has so many restrictions and commandments for so many things but womens hair is never mentioned. Wasn't there ever any women in the OT who cut her hair off, or a man who had long hair like a women? Does anyone know of a respected source that has looked into this? There are commandments in the OT about the type of cloth you can wear, and other seemingly very minor things, but nothing about hair. |
