Bible Question: Greetings Tim, Can you answer this for me? Gal 3:25 says that now we are no longer under the Law of the OT. So, how can we "lift up" Christ for healing in the same manner as Moses lifted up the brazen serpent in the desert? Will His image do? Your Brother in Christ, John Hermes |
Bible Answer: Hope this helps. I have a personal friend who was 37 hours from death with Lupis, a usual one way street. She decided to start standing on the promises of the Bible concerning healing. An example is by His stripes we were healed. Jesus took all our infirmities and diseases onto the cross and nailed them there when He became a curse for us. Our confession is what determines what our environment becomes. Say things that disagree with the word of God and the principle of two being in agreement will make your confession come to pass. Who would agree with your negative confession? Satan in a New York second. That same lady is traveling around the country today preaching on the power of confessing and agreeing with the word of God. It took her a year to totally defeat the Lupis disease, but using the power that Jesus provided for us in His word, she did defeat it. That same power is available to all, but the lack of faith and the probability that most people don't have any idea what kind of power they have available under the blood covenant they entered into when they gave their lives to Jesus. They probably don't even know they entered into a blood covenant relationship. You ought to do a study on that. |
