Bible Note: Thank you for your message. I have been seeking help, and will continue to do so. :) I have to say that I disagree with some of your points, though. The thing is, though, baptism is the answer, rather than not. I do agree about the fact that 'God requires repentance and faith, trusting him. Baptism is good, but it comes after those two.', because baptism would not be accomplished if it wasn't for that. But baptism is the answer to becoming a part of God's Kingdom. Romans 6:4 Acts 2:36-38 John 3:5 Even Jesus himself was baptized. Matt 3:13 I am not sure if what you were trying to tell me is that baptism doesn't solve everything even though it is a huge part of a Christian's life, and that we still need to live for Christ and trust Him, but yeah......I just wanted to say that baptism is definitely part of the answer, if not all of it. |
