Bible Question:
Hi everyone. I have a question that you someone will hopefully have some insight on. Ex. 16:10. What's the glory of the lord and how would it appear in a cloud? Thank you in advance! Ryan |
Bible Answer: Greetings Ryan, Related Scripture passages: Ex. 13:21; 16:7; Num. 16:19; 1 Kings 8:10 "16:10 Because God is Spirit (John 4:24), He has varied the ways in which He has shown Himself. The glory of the LORD is one of the grand theophanies (appearances of God) recorded in Exodus. God first appeared to Moses in the burning bush (ch. 3). We do not know exactly what the people saw in the cloud, but the sight certainly made them aware of God's majestic and somewhat ominous presence (see Ps. 97:2-5)."
