I'm wondering if there are any scholars present or other knowledgeable people who have studied the influences of Zoroastrianism on the development Judaism and Christianity. If so, how important are these influences? As Zoroastrianism and Mithraism would be considered paganism, does this make Judaism and Christianity "wrong" in areas that have clearly been influenced by peoples of a god by a different name, especially if the influences affected development of fundamental principles?
