Bible Question: In Mark 10:46-52 Concerning Bartimaeus, the Begger: vs.50 where it says that "...he cast away his garment...". My question is Did beggars under the Law required to wear a certain color or have have a distinguishing mark to indicate that he was disabled and had the right to beg alms? |
Bible Answer: The only law that I know of for the handicap, was they were only allowed to use the cleanesing pools at night, by the tempil. To me this statement was to indicate that Bartimaeus left all he had to go to Jesus. DL5 |
