Subject: Can a woman divorce man: Ongoing porn? |
Bible Note: At first glance it may be easy to assume I am at the beginning of a long journey. However the opposite is the fact and without going into further personal experiences, you can rightfully go from the assumption after 5 years, every effort has been made, including the movie. I am clearly asking for scriptural references, not advice. I understand basic law, glanced scriptural text, and freewill to hardness of heart. However, despite the advice I have already heard one nagging detail has escaped my reading. In reading the scriptures, I have been unable to find any reference where WOMEN can divorce under these grounds, it clearly seems to state men as the divorcing party. I think everyone assumes it includes women, and that would be an easy road to take, however the scriptures still don't mention women as divorcing men UNLESS they are to live in adultery. I don't want to assume like everyone else. I want facts. Freewill, or spiritual strongholds (demonic oppression/possesion)? That is my next question. Can pornography lead to spritual strongholds? Can these strongholds, in this case, be broken through fasting and prayer? Or does freewill prevail? |
