Bible Answer: Dotanddro, This was a warning of what horrors would come upon Israel should they continue in disobedience to God. It was referring to the depraved actions that would happen while they were starved from armies laying siege to their cities. This actually did come to pass. See 2 kings 6:29 and Lamentations 4:10.
