Bible Question (short): Why the execution in 2 Sam 1..? |
Question (full): I'm studying 2 Samuel. In 2 Samuel 1:1-16 David found out about Saul's death and executed the guy who kill Saul. Why did he do this? Wouldn't he be happy that his enemy Saul was dead. What was the custom back then. I know David did not want to kill Saul because Saul was annoited. |
