Bible Question: Where does the bible state Leah was not pleased with her? I would have thought the only girl may have been the darling of the family, doted on and aptly defended by all her brothers. |
Bible Answer: The bible does not say that Leah was not pleased with Dinah, but, the bible does say that Leah just named Dinah she didn't give her a name with meaning like she done with her boys.Leah was more concern with Jacob and making him happier then Rachel made him.Dinah probably was the darling of her fathers eye and her brothers, but,I dont believe her mom felt that way. That is why Dinah went searching for the daughters of the land.To find love.Genesis 34;1 |
