Bible Question: how could eve avoided falling for satans deception |
Bible Answer: Hello my love..., We don't know! What I can tell you is what's relayed to us according to scripture! They were deceived by the serpent (Gen.3:4, 1 Tim. 2:14). As a result, in Gen. 3:6-7, they fell into sin- "When the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was desirable to make one wise, she took from its fruit and ate; and she gave also to her husband with her, and he ate. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves loin coverings." (NASB) To say anything other than what scripture states, would be conjecture! Speaking the Truth in Love, BradK |
