Bible Question (short): "just" consequences? |
Question (full): God -by creating us...forced us into a contract. we can either accept christ and his free gift of salvation -- leading to the acceptance into the gate of heaven..or we by default burn in hell for eternity. i feel like when God created the angels ...and some turned on him..that the situation in heaven was Gods problem...i mean - we weren't even walking on earth yet. Satan is Gods enemy...i feel like (even though it is for the greater good) we are waging Gods war...and we were forced into this battle by birth...and if we lose then we have to suffer forever while God keeps all the happy winners in heaven as his blessed treasure. i'm sorry --i don't mean to sound so dramatic, but it hurts to see so many people die without christ (as i'm sure many of you know). how is this situation just? no one on earth knows with certainty what Gods definition of just is, its probably very different from ours.... yet i don't see how this can be "just." am i seeing it wrong? what do you guys think? |
