Subject: Why would God do that? |
Bible Note: Searching333, Keep on Searching. You are Gods Word proven and come to life. Ask and ye SHALL recieve, "Seek and ye SHALL FIND." I learned early in life that the only dumb question is the one that was not asked. To date, I don't get all my answers either. I often have to simply "go on faith." And, that AIN'T ALWAYS SO SIMPLE. Yet it IS so simple! I complicate my life by not accepting that simple fact... I once read that "if understanding came b4 acceptance, there would be very little that we would accept." Ponder that. Once one has accepted that fact, he has entered the doorway to wisdom and understanding. It is funny though, that if my question is a sincere one, eventually the Lord gives me the answer. Sometimes it's the next time I turn on the radio. Others it is through hard work and study, which gives me a hollow satisfaction, still it is satisfaction. I am most satisfied when He "proves" to me that He knows and provides for me. Am I silly, foolish, lazy, or just just overjoyed that He has even the slightest interest in one such as myself??? I pondered your question in the form of "pre-destination" for 30 years or more. I only reciently ran across the answer. And I wasn't even looking for it! God bless George |
