Bible Note: Hello Again Justme From what I can understand you feel that there is more to being saved than just believing . Then are you saying that you are saved when you are baptized? About the lady with cancer, She had her whole life to find Jesus, and obey the gospel , why she waited till she was on her death bed I don’t know. One might think that she didn’t know for sure if their was a God or not and only wanted to cover her bases. I don’t know if she truly believed , or if she repented, or if she confessed before men that Jesus was the Son of God. I do know that she was not baptized according to Gods word. Only God knows her heart, and if He decides to save her so be it. You stated that Baptism could be one way of confession. Confession is before men . You confess that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, I don’t believe baptism can do that. I do agree with you about obedience, up to the point where you were talking about satans trap and emotions, their you lost me, I would probably agree if I understood what you ment. Falling from Grace Lets consider that: Is when you become a Christian and following Christ and growing in the Lord. Sometimes called walking in the Light. If you discontinue fellowship and start sinning, sometimes called backsliding, your are not walking in the light any longer, and you step out from under the umbrella of grace. Therefore falling from grace, Of course you can repent and come back to Christ. In Christ Fmp |
