Bible Question (short): Adam, Person or Reference to Mankind? |
Question (full): It has always been my understanding that Adam was the first man and was a specific person. That understanding was challenged last night by another that believes that Adam is simply a reference to mankind and is not a specific person but a group of people, mankind. What are the common beliefs and proofs regarding this issue? |
