Subject: Lot righteous? |
Bible Note: "What would one have to do today to be as righteous as Lot?" Not sure I understand your reasoning for this question, nor the type of answer you are looking for...is this a generic sunday school, discussion provoking, try to wake them up cause the coffee and donuts ain't working question? Are you trying to bait me into saying something that will give you an opportunity to say something you need only an opening for? ebrain has given me insight closer to what I am looking for...what I understand from this passage is that no matter how much of a cowardly lowlife one is, there is always a chance that God will preserve you long enough to realize it and ask forgiveness. This also applies to my question regarding Abraham and Isaac's apparent prioritization of self-security over the well being of their wives. |
