Bible Question:
Israel the promise land? My friend told me that this is not true, but I know that I read it somewhere in the bible, where is it? Dose not the army from the north attack Israel, and our lord protects it and builds his new nation upon it? |
Bible Answer: "the army from the north attack Israel..." If you look closely at the geography, all armies in the ancient world would have to attack from the north of south (or possibly from the west by way of the sea.) I can not think of a time that an army attacked from any other direction than north or south. Babylon may be more East, but to attack, they would have to come from the North. Just a thought. MJH |
