Bible Question:
How old is Moses when he died ? he buried by God? Only Enoch and Elijah taken up by God without death? why are they so special ? Is it possible for a human with his corruptable flesh enter to Heaven which acceptable to our Holy God? |
Bible Answer: Grettings Corin, The Days of Moses: (Deu 34:7) And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated. The Lord buried Moses: Deu 34:5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD. Deu 34:6 And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day. Yes, Enoch and Elijah were taken up - (translated). Enoch: Gen 5:23 And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: Gen 5:24 And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him. Elijah: (2Ki 2:11) And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. You asked, "Is it possible for a human with his corruptable flesh enter to Heaven which acceptable to our Holy God?" No, we must be changed to a spirit body. (Contemporary English Version) 1Co 15:50 My friends, I want you to know that our bodies of flesh and blood will decay. This means that they cannot share in God's kingdom, which lasts forever. 1Co 15:51 I will explain a mystery to you. Not every one of us will die, but we will all be changed. 1Co 15:52 It will happen suddenly, quicker than the blink of an eye. At the sound of the last trumpet the dead will be raised. We will all be changed, so that we will never die again. 1Co 15:53 Our dead and decaying bodies will be changed into bodies that won't die or decay. 1Co 15:54 The bodies we now have are weak and can die. But they will be changed into bodies that are eternal. Then the Scriptures will come true, "Death has lost the battle! 1Co 15:55 Where is its victory? Where is its sting?" 1Co 15:56 Sin is what gives death its sting, and the Law is the power behind sin. 1Co 15:57 But thank God for letting our Lord Jesus Christ give us the victory! by Grace, eklektos |
