Bible Question:
Dear Christian Brothers and Sisters! My question deals with the Genesis 11:-1-9 about the confusion of toungues made following the attempt to build Tower of Babel. Is then language a result of curse, because of the engagement of Babel Tower builder, or God made it on intension to use it as a tool for the Proclamation of His World among mankind? GOD BLESS YOU ALL |
Bible Answer: Dear Tolawaq, No, language is a great blessing of God! See how well before the Fall God spoke to man? Language is the tool we use to praise, pray, persuade, etc. Language and thought are attributes of God. This is part, at least, of what it means to be made in His image. Furthermore, without language, we could never fully know His will for us. In Him, Doc |
