Bible Question: I do understand where Searcher is coming from, and I believe that one day any questions I may have will be answered. But, my mom has many questions that she feels the bible doesn't answer like how long did Adam and Eve live in the garden of eden before they were exiled? And where did prehistoric man fit in along with the dinosaur? And if the bible is only four thousand years old, where did the author of Genesis get his information? According to the scientists the earth is billions of years old. Maybe you can help answer some of these questions for her so she won't be so skeptical. I'd like to try to put her mind at ease. |
Bible Answer: How long did Adam and Eve live in the garden of eden before they were exiled? ... the Bible doesn't say. And where did prehistoric man fit in along with the dinosaur? Science has proof they existed at the same time. Actaully, there hasn't been "prehistoric" ... God recorded the creation of man. And if the bible is only four thousand years old, where did the author of Genesis get his information? ... The Bible doesn't say the earth is 4,000 years old. Moses got the information from God and oral tradition. According to the scientists the earth is billions of years old. ... There is proof this is impossible, too. |
