Bible Question (short): Trouble with New Testament Epistle |
Question (full): I'll provide all the information that I can, but the reason I'm asking this question is because of my hazy memory. Although I could have sworn I read it a long time ago, I can't find a certain verse or paragraph. The best I can remember is that it was in the New Testament in one of the letters that the apostles wrote. One of them said (or may have said)something close to 'out of my love for you, I would be eternally damned for your sakes' in his letter to them to express his concern and seriousness regarding them. But I may be remembering completely wrong, and no one said that. For the last few years, I've been reading the King James version, but a long time ago, I used to read an 'everyday English' version. Thank you for your time an any responses. I hope I wasn't too vague, but that's the best I can do. I've been looking all over in the King James New Testament, but I'm hoping someone can tell me something other then I'm just not looking hard enough. I wouldn't be asking if it weren't important to me. Thank you. |
