81 | Jesus comitted a suicide ? | Matt 16:21 | KumKum | 165513
Jesus knew he was going to die so its a suicide. Jobe asked god to kill him, the most righteous man in the bible. We ought to hate our lives in this world. I can be saved if i kill myself and smoking isnt a sin. Am i lying ?

83 | Did Eve hope she would be Jesus mother ? | Not Specified | KumKum | 160541
I sometimes listen to preachers preaching from the bible and i have more than once heard them say that ever since Adam and Eve, the People have been waiting for a savior or a messiah. And that Eve was hoping to have that son who was supposed to be that savior. Where in the bible does it say that ? All i can find is that she was happy that she had a son and that it was with the lords help. |

87 | Faith not strong enough ? | Not Specified | KumKum | 157150
I know a person who is trying really hard to do whats right. He keeps going back to things that God doesnt like. He has experienced God and felt for the holy spirit, but still commits sin knowing that its a sin, but still really doesnt want to. Its like there isnt enough willpower. In Mat 13:1-9, Jesus is telling a story about how people receive the gospel differently. Might it be that this person is not in the last group ? And there is simply no hope for him ? Also in Mat 7:13-14 he talks about how few people walk the narrow road. This person even trys to talk about Jesus and admit that he belives in him, even though hes ahsamed of it. but always seems to end up doing things that he deep inside doesnt really want to be doing. So my question really is. Can a person know that he just doesnt have what it takes to be a true christian? But still would really want to ? I appologize if this question doesnt belong here, but i think after reading some of the responses here that there is somone who can answer this. |

91 | Acts 5:1-11. A question. | Acts 5:1 | KumKum | 156691
Acts 5:1-11. I do not read an english version of the bible so i can not use the right words. But this part of the book i find a bit strange, Peter asks the husband about the price for his property etc. and as i read this it almost seems like he knows that they are both going to die. And therefor not be saved (?), wich makes me wonder if he really loved all people like a TRUE follower of christ. But i know he must have. But he throws some judgeing words at the husband like he wants him to feel really guilty? Im confused. Could anyone care to explane this a bit ? |
