25 | Pre-Tribulation Rapture | NT general Archive 1 | Godman | 95270
FROM A LADY THAT LIVED IN THE 1800's SHE HAD A SPRITUAL TRANSE AND HAD A VISION THAT TOLD HER THAT THE RAPTURE WOULD BE BEFORE THE TRIBULATION. HER VISION COMPLEETLY CONTRIDICTS THE SCRIPTURES (1st COR 15:51-52) (REV. 11:15-19) ( MATT. 24:29-31). THE CHURCH COMPLEETLY LOVED THE IDEA THAT THEY BELIEVED IT. |

26 | Darcy, where does Rev 20 fit your list? | NT general Archive 1 | Godman | 95269
1st. COR.15:51-52. SAYS THAT IT WILL BE AT THE LAST TRUMPET. MATTHEW 24:29-31 SAYS THAT IT WILL BE AFTER THE TRIBULATION. READ REVELATION 11:15-19. Vs.18 SAYS THAT IT IS THE TIME TO GIVE REWARD TO THE SERVENTS AND THE PROPHETS AND TO ALL THOSE WHO FEAR HIS(GODS)NAME. THE REWARD IS THE NEW BODY THAT WE WILL GET. THE BELIEIF OF THE PRE-RAPTURE WAS STARTED IN THE 1800's BY A LADY THAT WAS IN A SPIRITUAL TRANSE AND HAD SOME VISION ABOUT THE RAPTURE BEING BEFORE THE TRIBULATION. HER VISION CONTRADICTS THE SCRIPTURES. I BELIEVE IN VISIONS, BUT THEY HAVE TO AGREE WITH THE BIBLE 100 PERCENT IF THEY ARE TO BE CONSIDERED TRUE. |

Sense most of us don't know how to read Hebrew and Greek, I beleve that the best way to study the corectly translated scriptures is to get the softwhere that will that will do it for us. Even the "EXEGEES PARALELL BIBLE" has it mistakes. It just dosn't have anywhere near the amount of mistakes that the others have. |

31 | "Who ONCE were disobedient" is about? | Matthew | Godman | 93625
Jude talks about the prision that jesus went into douring his death. There is something in the book of 1st.Enoch that says if one of the angles responsble for the stars makes a mistake in it's shining then that angle would be put into a prision for 10,000 years. The book of Matthew says that after the resurection, many of the holy ones who were dead came out of the tombs and were seen by many. It is possible that Jesus was preaching to them. |

34 | How to "win the world" ? | Bible general Archive 2 | Godman | 93424
Look in the book of acts. Peter, John, Paul, and all the rest of the apostles taught Jesus Christ to the people then after making believers out of some of them, brought them into the congration. The American churches twist just about everything that was originly taught by the deciples. |

37 | Christian Water Baptism's meanings? | Rom 6:4 | Godman | 93313
Apon being baptized we enter into the death of Jesus Christ and raised into a new life through his resurection. Our sins have been forgiven. And we have been freed from sins' bondege to be in the bondege of the SPIRIT. This is the faith of which we are given grace by God. That is what happens when we are baptized in water because of our faith.
38 | cant ask question with only 40 letters. | Luke 22:32 | Godman | 93310
Peter was told to strengthen his brothers after he was converted. Peters faith failed when he denyed Jesus three times. After the resurection, peter was told to feed his sheep. Sheep symbolizes his deciples. He was to feed them the word of faith so they would be strengthened in the SPIRIT.In the book of acts we see that Peter was used the most to bring the Jews to Jesus.
39 | Born agean not tought. | Not Specified | Godman | 93308
This is to beter clarify my last question. The church teaches repentence and to obey, but it rairly teaches teaches the parts of scripture that teaches us the meaning of being raised to new life. Namely(Romans 6:1-13)(Hebrews 10:26-29)( 1 John 3:5-10)(John 3:19-20)(John 14:15 and 23). We do have sin and we have sined. But by being baptized into his death we also are raised into new life just as he is. So being freed(seperated) from the sin let us not walk any longer in it.It is only posible through faith in Jesus Christ to acomplish this. So by our faith and baptism, we are by grace removed from bondege to our flesh and put into bondege of the HOLY SPIRIT to walk in it which is all the ways of light( or Gods wisdom, ways, or word.) The church does not stress this enough. So by this faith we are given grace by God to be counted as rightious. Now my question is why does the churchs water this down not giving the full explation in their teaching as to what "Born agean" means? |
