21 | imuvhim, What is His baptism? | Acts 2:38 | imuvhim | 79567
You ignore Acts 8? I don't see an answer, I see a dodge. This is the first time I've heard someone suggest that water baptism is commanded. Are disciples to be baptized by the Holy Spirit in the name of the Holy Spirit? That is unbiblical. Jesus told people to get baptized and that's what they did. Don't ignore Acts 8. I thought because this is a NASB sponsored page (maybe I'm wrong) that this would be more Scriptural. But it's not if it allows this.
22 | Are all sins equal and delt with the sam | Matt 5:28 | imuvhim | 79473
I don't know what you are asking. Did Paul say salvation is faith to faith? I think so. That means you don't have to do nothing. You don't believe in works salvation? My pastor says that is wrong and I'm on his side. Romans 6 is speaking about water baptism. What do you believe? My go to work. ----bye Romans 6 |

23 | Saved by belief or belief and baptism? | NT general Archive 1 | imuvhim | 79468
Hi, I don't think that is right. I asked my pastor about this. He said unbelievers are condemned and the saved are the baptized believers. So you are wrong. I don't mean to judge but sorry to. Jesus didn't say the believer is saved. You should not put words in his mouth. That is my opinion. Do not add to or take away from God's word says the Proverb. Can you tell me what Acts 2:38 says. I'll ask my Pastor. Bye. |

Mark 16:16 doesn't say that you are saved before baptism, does it? It makes sense that belief comes before baptism, but that's not all or Jesus wouldn't have said baptism too. I don't want to be responsible for taking away from the words of Jesus. In Christian love, imuvhim |
