21 | controling what you say, | James 1:26 | YenIsaRap | 217952
Dear Harris The mouth isn't the problem. If you think about it the mouth (tongue) is just unruly it constitutes the end of the pipe ie, the spigot. The place where things emanate but not where those things originated. The (HEART) being the place where all of the poison is produced the tongue (mouth) cannot of itself produce anything it can only give voice to what the heart spews forth. These things do not originate in the mouth. The actual taming of the tongue is the cleansing of the heart. You can decide to not say certain things, but that does not change the things that the heart thinks (feels). When your heart is changed then you will not speak those things that would offend. The Holy Spirit will do the work of changing your heart. Matt.12:33_37 33) "Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for (AK)the tree is known by its fruit. 34) "(AL)You brood of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak what is good? (AM)For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart. 35) "(AN)The good man brings out of his good treasure what is good; and the evil man brings out of his evil treasure what is evil. 36) "But I tell you that every careless word that people speak, they shall give an accounting for it in (AO)the day of judgment. 37) "For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned." Luke 6:43_45 43) "(AS)For there is no good tree which produces bad fruit, nor, on the other hand, a bad tree which produces good fruit. 44) "(AT)For each tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they pick grapes from a briar bush. 45) "(AU)The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good; and the evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil; (AV)for his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart. Matt.15:10,11,17-20 10) After Jesus called the crowd to Him, He said to them, "Hear and understand. 11) "(H)It is not what enters into the mouth that defiles the man, but what proceeds out of the mouth, this defiles the man." 17) "Do you not understand that everything that goes into the mouth passes into the stomach, and is eliminated? 18) "But (M)the things that proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and those defile the man. 19) "(N)For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, slanders. 20) "These are the things which defile the man; but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile the man." 22 | Unemployment cheques for the saints. | 2 Thess 3:8 | YenIsaRap | 217929
Dear Humility You ask would it be lawful. Here are some verses that describe the overall attitude of the first church. Do we have the same or do we just attend church? The question then arises. Is it the responsibility of the Church ie, the place you go to worship? Or is it on the individuals of that church. Are we to judge who is worthy to receive help or set some kind of criteria to be met? As long as they are members of our church aren't they considered to be brothers? Wouldn't it unlawful to not help? 1 Jn 3:17-18 16) We know love by this, that (AP)He laid down His life for us; and (AQ)we ought to lay down our lives for the (AR)brethren. 17) But (AS)whoever has the world's goods, and sees his brother in need and (AT)closes his heart against him, (AU)how does the love of God abide in him? 18) (AV)Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and (AW)truth. Act 2:44,45 44) And all those who had believed [e]were together and (BJ)had all things in common; 45) and they (BK)began selling their property and possessions and were sharing them with all, as anyone might have need. Act 4:32-35 32) And the congregation of those who believed were of one heart and soul; and not one of them claimed that anything belonging to him was his own, but (AX)all things were common property to them. 33) And (AY)with great power the apostles were giving (AZ)testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and abundant grace was upon them all. 34) For there was not a needy person among them, for all who were owners of land or houses (BA)would sell them and bring the proceeds of the sales 35) and (BB)lay them at the apostles' feet, and they would be (BC)distributed to each as any had need. 25 | Should I get baptized again? | Acts | YenIsaRap | 217903
Dear eascusa To answer your question there are a few questions. 1) Now that you have come to this point in your life are you just going to start attending a Catholic Church again with your family? Then I do not think any Priest would Re-Baptize you. 2) Are you thinking of re-dedicating your life to God from this point in your life simply using Baptism as the logical starting point? Baptism does not give you Salvation. Eph.2:8 8For (U)by grace you have been saved (V)through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is (W)the gift of God; Rom. 6:23 23For the wages of (AR)sin is death, but the free gift of God is (AS)eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Rom.10:8-10 8But what does it say? "(K)THE WORD IS NEAR YOU, IN YOUR MOUTH AND IN YOUR HEART"--that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, 9that (L)if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and (M)believe in your heart that (N)God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. The above is the process by which you are saved. Up until the time you accept Jesus as Savior you could never see or enter the Kingdom of God. Gods Kingdom is a spiritual Kingdom only acquired by one that is a spiritual being as God is. If you have gone through the process of accepting and receiving the Grace of God in the form of Salvation you can become that spiritual being by getting Baptized. Then after you are Baptized you are told to seek the Kingdom. The following is what you gain through Baptism. Rom. 6:4 4Therefore we have been (G)buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was (H)raised from the dead through the (I)glory of the Father, so we too might walk in (J)newness of life. John 3:3_6 3Jesus answered and said to him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one (F)is born again he cannot see (G)the kingdom of God." 4Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born, can he?" 5Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of (H)water and the Spirit he cannot enter into (I)the kingdom of God. 6"(J)That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Mt.6:33 33"But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and (AQ)all these things will be added to you. Mt.7:7-8 7"(F)Ask, and (G)it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8"For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Rom.8:3-5 3For (G)what the Law could not do, (H)weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in (I)the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, 4so that the (J)requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who (K)do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. 5For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on (L)the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, (M)the things of the Spirit. If you have come to this point in your life as described above by all means find a Protestant Church and get Baptized. God Bless YenIsaRap |

26 | scripture on how we represent the Lord | 2 Corinthians | YenIsaRap | 217897
Dear Lovemylord 2Cor.5:18-20 18Now (AB)all these things are from God, (AC)who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the (AD)ministry of reconciliation, 19namely, that (AE)God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, (AF)not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 20Therefore, we are (AG)ambassadors for Christ, (AH)as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be (AI)reconciled to God.
