21 | when Christ became sin for us,and how? | NT general | DPMartin | 234480
According to some theologies or “isms” that’s pretty close if not accurate to the theology, but Jesus came into the world like all son’s of men do, except Adam (Lk:3:38 KJV). And the place of men’s flesh is the place of sin, and like a man of lowest esteem in the world He lived and left the world, on a Cross like a criminal. But the Word of God in the Presence of God (Holy Spirit) in the Son of man, like you say Holy and sinless. Not deserving death for He is sinless but yet experienced death, and return to the place He came from with the key to the gate of hell in His hand. Therefore it’s not so much the flesh but the place it is, because of who God has given charge of it to, meaning men. 1Cor:15:21: For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. One question though where in scripture does it say Jesus “became sin”? How is it that unrighteousness (sin) can make righteous? Jesus is the righteousness that restores the once sinner into the place of His Righteousness, but sin is not removed by sin or becoming sin. |

22 | His diff relation to Creation Gen ch 1-2 | Genesis | DPMartin | 233728
In the first verse God is, but His Presence is not in creation. In the sec. verse God by His Spirit (His Presence) moving upon the face of the waters, becomes present in His creation therefore creation is not only in His presence but God is present in His creation. Now that God’s Presence is in creation, He speaks and God makes His Presence known in creation, and because there was light, creation responded to it’s creator, letting light be, according to it’s creator’s word. Hence the Creator and Judge is known through His Word in and from His Presence. Through out the first chapter, it is clear; God said, what He said is done, and God sees that it is good. No one else sees that it is good, God does, for only God is good. Who or what else can know good unless it Be God or of God. If you notice in the first chapter only God is mentioned then after creation is complete then the “LORD” is mentioned. In the first chapter of Gen. in Hebrew it is Elohim, meaning Creator and Judge (God). The “LORD”, (YHWH: meaning Yahweh) and we now know that Yahweh is the Lord Jesus Christ, the Word of God (Son of God) come into the flesh. (Son of man) What is to be understood is all that there is, knows God through His Word, and it is in His Presence is His Word good, for of God in God’s Presence is God’s Word not only of, but from. And also by resting on the seventh day, it can be understood that God (Elohim) lets His relationship between Him, and His creation rest on and in His Word. |

23 | how many brothers did joesph have | Genesis | DPMartin | 234317
If you know that Joseph had a coat of many colors, how is it you don’t know how many brothers he had. He had 11 brothers by virtue of his father Jacob. One, Benjamin by virtue of his mother, but “Joseph said unto his brethren” (BRETHREN MEANING MORE THEN 1) . 4: And Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me, I pray you. And they came near. And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt. |

24 | God created man in "OUR" image? | Gen 1:1 | DPMartin | 233981
Well then, what exited before man? Just about everything there is except man. Is it possible that angels exited before man did? And were they in the company or in the Presence of God at the time God said let us made man in our image? |

25 | Was Adam created in Gen 1:26 or Gen 2:7? | Gen 1:26 | DPMartin | 233893
Don’t be confused: Believe it not there is a logic here, its just not the way people would write today. I believe a good example is Noah, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The stories about theses people start and then end with there death but the start of the story of the next generation for example Abraham to Isaac gives the impression that the next story starts after the death in the previous story. Not so, Noah was alive when Abraham (ten generations later) was alive, and Shem son of Noah was alive when Jacob was alive. So in the first chapter of Genesis creation of all things are said. Then the next chapter the focuses is on man. Therefore the details of the creation of man and so one are said. |

26 | How many went with Rebekah to Canaan | Gen 24:61 | DPMartin | 234016
Back in the day a servant could have servants under him. It doesn’t say Abraham’s servant was by himself. So it might be possible that the nurse had nurses under her and wherever she went her nurses under her went with her. It was understood as such. If you hire a business owner to do something like fix your car or remodel your home, those who are under him or in his employ also come with his services.

29 | What is abominable things we cannot eat? | Leviticus | DPMartin | 233943
If you are an Israelite under the Law, then its abominable and you can’t eat it. Otherwise it is a lessen in what the Lord said at the end of it: Lev:11:45: For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy. 46: This is the law of the beasts, and of the fowl, and of every living creature that moveth in the waters, and of every creature that creepeth upon the earth: 47: To make a difference between the unclean and the clean, and between the beast that may be eaten and the beast that may not be eaten. Holiness clean, pure, and not defiled is imperative in God’s Presence. So much so that the presence of the clean, cleans the unclean, purifies the defiled, and makes Holy that which was not Holy. Hence, Jesus for example when He “clean”, cleaned the unclean, a leper. Or a woman defiled and condemned by men,(the woman accused of adultery) pure in the site of God. |

30 | christians thanksgiving view | Lev 7:12 | DPMartin | 234381
If you are thanking the Lord God in the name of Jesus Christ for provisions of abundance and blessing, or what ever you have, then why not? Besides who else would you be thanking anyway if you are Christian? Even in the Torah there is an offering of thanksgiving, that the Lord God establish. (Lev:7:12) And the Lord Jesus thanked the Father when He would break bread.
31 | why was Canaan cursed by Noah because he | Lev 18:8 | DPMartin | 233992
Noah walked with God, hence God walked with Noah, and Noah found Grace before God so if one of his sons disrespects him and goes to his brothers and tries to shame Noah, and if you noticed his other two sons didn’t look upon their father’s nakedness and covered it. What do you think Noah is going to do? If you noticed, it is God who made the curse stick from one generation to the next. |

32 | explain this in the new testament | Deut 25:11 | DPMartin | 234365
Why? Isn’t the explanation in the Old Testament sufficient for you? Deut:25:12: Then thou shalt cut off her hand, thine eye shall not pity her. In the site of the Lord God apparently this is a offence or a trespass or a sin. According to the Gospel (NT), forgivable. |

35 | Profiting from the Wicked? | Ps 105:44 | DPMartin | 234289
In this verse Ps:105:44 the writer is observing the fact that those who where in the land the day the Lord brought Israel out of Egypt to the promised land was a case where the wicked forfeited their work to the people of God. But a direct statement as asked for I didn’t find in Proverbs, Job, or Ecclesiastes. It might be possible what you are looking for is in the prophets.

37 | Does Jeremiah talk about time travel | Is 57:15 | DPMartin | 234323
The Lord God says He inhabits eternity (Isa:57:15) therefore there is no need for time travel, from the Lord God’s point of view. And His Prophets see, and hear what the Lord God tells and shows them. Some times He shows them what will be, but again time travel isn’t necessary for that. Otherwise no not that I know of, as in some one travels through time and returns, like a sifi flick. The Lord God is always now, as in, always is, hence always was always will be. Therefore all that is of Him shall return to Him and all that is of earth shall return to the earth. Not sure if that helps at all. |
