21 | Explantation of Gen. 6:1-6 | Gen 6:2 | DBR | 127678
Jude 1:6 And angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode, He has kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day, Jude 1:7 just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, since they in the same way as these indulged in gross immorality and went after strange flesh, are exhibited as an example in undergoing the punishment of eternal fire. "these" in verse 7 are the Angels in verse 6 that became wicked. It would seem that the angels that became wicked materialized themselves to have relations with women which was a violation of God plan for them and humans. DBR |

22 | Can you explain your understanding? | Eph 5:25 | DBR | 127677
The husband is the family head. However, there is a head above him—Jesus Christ. Paul wrote: as in your question at Ephesians 5:25 A husband reflects his subjection to Christ when he treats his wife in the way that Jesus has always treated the congregation. (1 John 2:6) Great authority has been conferred upon Jesus, but he exercises it with the utmost gentleness, love, and reasonableness. (Matthew 20:25-28) As a man, Jesus never abused his position of authority. He was “mild-tempered and lowly in heart,” and he called his followers “friends” rather than “slaves.” “I will refresh you,” he promised them, and that is what he did.—Matthew 11:28, 29; John 15:15. He is our example to follow. DBR |

23 | when did satan come into existance | 1 John 3:8 | DBR | 127675
As the name Satan means Resister and Devil means slanderer of and against God. When the the angel first acted in such a way he made himself. 1 John 3:8 the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil. when he "began" to think and act as a rebel against God and to Slander God. DBR |

(Luke 23:34) But Jesus was saying: “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” Furthermore, to distribute his garments, they cast lots. (John 16:3) But they will do these things because they have not come to know either the Father or me. (1 Timothy 1:13) although formerly I was a blasphemer and a persecutor and an insolent man. Nevertheless, I was shown mercy, because I was ignorant and acted with a lack of faith. DBR |

26 | Can you specifiy some scripture? | Is 7:16 | DBR | 127615
E.g. Mark 5:22-23 Now one of the presiding officers of the synagogue, Jairus by name, came and, on catching sight of him, he fell at his feet 23 and entreated him many times, saying: “My LITTLE daughter is in an extreme condition. Would you please come and put your hands upon her that she may get well and live.” 1 Kings 17:23-24 Elijah now took the CHILD and brought him down from the roof chamber into the house and gave him to his mother; and Elijah then said: “See, your son is alive.” 24 Upon that the woman said to Elijah: “Now, indeed, I do know that you are a man of God and that Jehovah’s word in your mouth is true.” In the above we see children ressurected and as the scritpures do not say they died again so after then it would be logical to asume the grew up to addulthood, thus my comment "as far as we know." Acts 24:15 and I have hope toward God, which hope these [men] themselves also entertain, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous. The very sad event of a infant dying is not forgoten by God, Even though the young one was not able to have faith he or she would be ressurected as an unrightious one (due to the situation beyond thier control) with a view of growing up and find out about God until old enough to make thier own choice. What a Loving God. DBR |

They where wicked me used by Satan as they used Satanic powers, they might not of know that they where a tool in his hand so to speak, to expose Jesus to Herod to try and have him killed! Following are various comments on the meaning of the Greek word magoi, Magi. This first comment is a Jewish view point taken from A Commentary on the New Testament from the Talmud and Hebraica by John Lightfoot Vol. 2 page 36 ; "magoi ap anatolwo Wise men from the east Magoi, Magi, that is wisards, or such as practised ill arts : for in this sense alone this word occurs in the holy writ," Linguistic Key to the Greek New Testament by F. 38 | Searching for the truth | Matt 7:15 | DBR | 127176
Jesus warned his disciples of the extent to which false religion would distort the moral compass of some when he said: “The hour is coming when everyone that kills you will imagine he has rendered a sacred service to God.” How morally blinded such violent individuals are! Jesus said: “They have not come to know either the Father or me.” (John 16:2, 3) Not long after Jesus spoke those words, he himself was murdered at the behest of some religious leaders, who were able to reconcile their crime with their conscience. (John 11:47-50) In contrast, Jesus said that his true followers are identified by the love they have among themselves. But their love is still more expansive, for it reaches out even to their enemies.—Matthew 5:44-48; John 13:35. DBR |

39 | What is an angel | Bible general Archive 2 | DBR | 127175
ANGEL Both the Hebrew malakh´ and the Greek aggelos literally mean “messenger.” From the first book of the Bible to the last, these words occur nearly 400 times. When spirit messengers are indicated, the words are translated “angels,” but if the reference definitely is to human creatures, the rendering is “messengers.” (Ge 16:7; 32:3; Jas 2:25; Re 22:8) However, in the highly symbolic book of Revelation certain references to ‘angels’ may apply to human creatures.—Re 2:1, 8, 12, 18; 3:1, 7, 14. Angels are sometimes termed spirits; that which is spirit is invisible and powerful. Thus we read: “A spirit came out and stood before Jehovah”; “Are they not all spirits for public service?” (1Ki 22:21; Heb 1:14) Having invisible spiritual bodies, they make their abode “in the heavens.” (Mr 12:25; 1Co 15:44, 50) They are also termed “sons of the true God,” “morning stars,” and “holy myriads” (or “holy ones”).—Job 1:6; 2:1; 38:7; De 33:2.
