25 | 2 Samuel 15-17 Ahithophel | 2 Sam 15:1 | oneness holy | 99729
2 Samuel 15-17 Reading the excellent counselor who joined Absalom was Ahithophtl the reason was that (I believe) he was still bitter what David had done to Bathshela and he was cousin of Saul. So the biiterness was there. I believe that David prayed about him ,that he was so foolish for leaving and turning on him. He knew that Ahithphel was a good adviser. My question is how did God answer his pray? Thank You God Bless |

35 | 1 Samel1 Eli 'sgood side and bad side | 1 Samuel | oneness holy | 97167
1 Sameul 1 Reading this passage I see that Eli bad conduct was that he never told or talk to his sons why they should serve the Lord. Like parents today they just let their children be evil and wicked never take the time to show them about our Lord. I see the good heart of Eli, he served our Lord with all he soul. The Lord never punished Eli for his sons wicked way. Eli believed in the Lord and knew what he wnated for all of us. |

36 | 1 Samuel 8 Give us a King,Samuel loved | 1 Sam 8:7 | oneness holy | 97002
1 Samuel 8 Reading and trying to understand.. The Israelites key wording that really showed their viewpoint to me was Verse 4-5 Give us a King"look you are old and your sons do not walk in your wys. Now make us a king to judge us like other nations. They were looking for another to wordship not our Lord. They thought that would help them. How wrong they were. Samuel as an old man showed true character, trust in God, and adaptability to new circumstances, Samuel was one of the most Godky men in the Bible, he knew that there is'only one King,he loved our Lord so much. Thanks |

37 | 1 Sameul 8-10 lack of trust | 1 Samuel | oneness holy | 96919
1 Samuel 8 Israelites thoght a new system would change all their problems, why was this a sign of lack of TRUST in God and Sameul? I believe that they still did not believe in the ways and the words of God. With the Ark they thought that would help win the war. They should have known that God is the one to help us,not things..but God knows all. Thanks |
