1 | PROVE ME: God's challenge to tithers | Not Specified | arapga | 102451
I don't see any big deal or issue as to whether tithing is O.T. or N.T., under law or grace; I think it is a matter of attitude and the love for God, His church and the Spreading of the Gospel. The question I see that is rather more interesting to discuss about and which I think may help open the understanding of many on tithing issues is God's challenge - PROVE ME: the challenge to tithers

6 | WHO SAVED NOAH: Ark or Water? | Not Specified | arapga | 101594
If Noah went into the Ark and the water did not arrived, for forty days: would not the wicked people mocked them to death? If the water did not come, would they not starved themselves to death, or should they not turn the Ark into a cemetery? In God's wisdom, was Peter true when he said, "Noah and his family was saved by water?" We, men may argue to the truth. We may to our death claim that they were saved by the Ark, for without the ark they should not be safe and saved. Notwithstanding, with the Ark without the water, will also mean death to them. Was God revealing something to us something worth believing? And that is "The like figure, baptism also save us now, not putting away the filth of the flesh but ans answer of a good conscience toward God."

10 | GREAT COMMISSION: Is it Great Omission? | Not Specified | arapga | 101588
I was told that the Great Commission was great because it was for the salvation of the human race, and it was the Lord who says it, and should therefore be fulfilled to the instruction as given. Being very observant, it become very obvious to me that the GREAT COMMISSION becomes the GREAT OMISSION becasue each time the Gospel salvation is preached, I frequently noticed the evangelists omit the instruction of baptism. They simply end the crusade with "Accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your Persoanl Lord and Savior." Don't they have to include baptism in their messages and acceptance?

13 | MARK 16:16: Was it perverted? | Not Specified | arapga | 101579
In my observation, this verse was perverted by many present-day preachers. It was Jesus who says, "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved." But most if not all, I hear evangelists conclude their messages by saying, "Repent of your sins and you will be saved!" After the reception, they continued, "Now that you are saved, you may now be baptized!" I think this is perverting the pure word of God. It becomes, "He that believeth and is saved shall be baptized." Perversion is twisting the Word of God! Isn't this not?

Her husband left her with 5 children, she earned hard money to support children's schooling and other needs. While her husband for ten years have been enjoying life with another woman. She wants to remarry because a single man (a long known Churchmate) showed love and interest in her and her children.
