1 | What does Jeremiah 31:31-34 refer to? | Jer 31:34 | Lastday | 99074
Hi, The New Covenant for today includes all who believe in Christ whether Jew or Gentile. But the New Covenant of Jeremiah and Heb.8:8-13 and Rom.11:27 applies in a special sense to all of ethnic Israel who survive on the Day of Christ's Epiphany. God will keep His promise to (continue) to bless all the nations through the restoration of Israel during the Millennium. Those who reject the need for and reality of a 1000 year reign of Christ over all nations after He comes in glory use the argument that the New Covenant exclusively refers to the benefits of the Cross for Believers ... but only until Christ comes a second time. Paul clearly states that the Covenant will accrue to Israel when Messiah comes out of Zion and God remembers their sins no more. There is no way that it can be said, prior to the return of Christ, that "all know the Lord." Mel, www.lastday.net or lastday1@cox.net |

2 | Matt 24 Vs. One-World-Order | Matt 24:32 | Lastday | 99262
In my opinion, the One-World Order will come into existence by Babylon the Great, through the union of all the world's religions under the Vatican, and will be the means of fulfilling the roll of Mystery Babylon in ruling the kings of the earth." Rev.17:18. This World Order, according to many, will be one of the results of the Antichrist offering "peace to Israel." But the next Pope will not be the Antichrist. Rev.6:1,2. As the White Horseman of Seal One wins the war against terrorism, the union of religions under the Vatican should bring on the Mideast peace that Antichrist later "takes away" as the Red Horseman of Seal Two. Rev.6:3,4. This means the peaceful role of Mystery Babylon must be inserted, time-wise, between Rev.6:2 and Rev.6:3. Jesus jumps into the midpoint of Daniel's 70th Seven to reveal the Temple must be rebuilt before Antichrist "takes peace from earth." "Wars and rumors of wars will continue to the End." So we cannot know who the Antichrist will be for sure until he "sets the abomination in the Temple" at midpoint of Daniel's 70th Seven. While Antichrist will take part in the peace process, Jesus clearly states we will not know the End is Near until we see "the abomination standing in the holy place." Matt.24:15,29,33. When Ten Kings out of the "revived" but extended Roman World Empire destroy Rome in "one hour," they will give their "power and authority" to the Antichrist. They will confiscate the Network's Global System so that the One-World Order continues to exist as the 7th World Empire. The 7th head on the Beast therefore represents both a 7th and 8th rulership. The Harlot, Mystery Babylon, will be the first ruler of the 7th World Order and the Antichrist is called the 8th. Rev.17:10-16. One-World Empire will exist under two successive rulers as the 7th Head on the Beast. When the Ten Kings destroy Rome, it changes rulers to fulfill the "wounding and healing of the Beast that was, is not and yet shall be." Rev.17:3, 17:8. Mel www.lastday.net lastday1@cox.net |

3 | When will Christ come in Kingdom Power? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 42701
At what phase of the Kingdom of God "coming in Power" did Jesus intend for Mark 9:1 to be fulfilled? Mel Miller lastday@pinn.net
4 | When will Christ come in Kingdom Power? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 42755
Indeed, Revelation 12:10 places the fulfillment of God's Kingdom Power at the time when Michael casts Satan out of heaven forever. This period is referenced in verse 14 as the 3 1/2 years or 1290 days of Daniel's Endtime prophecy which climaxes with Christ coming in the clouds of heaven with His angels to reward every Believer. Therefore I believe Mark 9:1 will be fulfilled during the great tribulation before Mark 8:38 can be fulfilled by Christ's "coming in His Father's glory with the holy angels." Do you concur? 5 | When is Dan.12:11; Rev.12:11 fulfilled? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 42824
I don't know who is responding; but you stated that Mark 9:1 "HAS been fulfilled" and that John saw it happen. Revelation predicts that God's Kingdom Power and Christ's authority will come during the final 1290 days of Daniel's prophecy when "many will be purged or purified and refined." Dan.12:10,11. Rev.12:10,11. If John saw it happen, predictively, why do you think it "HAS been fulfilled"? Mel Miller lastday@pinn.net
6 | When is Dan.12:11; Rev.12:11 fulfilled? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 42892
Jesus did not say that "some of YOU will not taste death until the Son of Man comes in His Kingdom." Those who will be "standing HERE" at the Endtime must include those who face death for 1260 days until Christ "comes in glory to reward them." So Matt.16:28 must be fulfilled before Matt.16:27. Mel Miller lastday@pinn.net |
||||||
7 | Who wasn't going to taste death? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 42947
The time for "tasting death" occurs "after" Christ comes in kingdom power. "Standing HERE" occurs when Christ is "about (present tense)to come in glory to reward believers." Matt.16:27. "They (not YOU) will taste death" for up to three days after the Two Prophets finish their task to display "Christ's Authority." Rev.12:10; 11:7,11. "Some of them taste death" up to the Lastday. |
||||||
8 | Why admit Two Prophets were not THERE? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 42975
How can you say I "twist the words of Jesus" when you admit the "Two Prophets were not there"? They will be "THERE" when "God's kingdom power comes" at the time Michael "casts Satan from heaven." The only Scriptural reference to the fulfillment of Mark 9:1 is found in Rev.12:10 which occurs when Tribulation Saints are THERE; for "HERE is the patience of the Saints." Rev.13:10. "HERE refers to Christ being "about to come in glory"! |
||||||
9 | When will Christ come in Kingdom Power? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 43001
How amazing! You note the personal reference that Jesus makes about His supernatural foresight of the plight of His Endtime Saints who will "KNOW the End is Near." Matt.24:33. He predictively addresses "those HERE who will love not their lives unto death" during the 42 months Satan is banished from heaven and God's Two Prophets demonstrate His "Kingdom Power and Christ's Authority" for 1260 days - while "some" face death for 3 more days of knowing Christ is "about to come in glory." No wonder they are overcomers! Matt.16:27! Mel at lastday@pinn.net
10 | Why admit Two Prophets were not THERE? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 43080
Hi Raven, Your thoughts are excellent. But Jesus had Rev.12:10,11 and Dan.12:10,11 in mind in order to prepare those who will then know He is "about to come in glory," as stated in Matt.16:27, but that "some of them must still taste death for three days "after the Two Prophets finish" demonstrating God's Kingdom Power for 1260 days. "Those standing HERE" know Christ will appear "in the days when time is no longer...in the days whenever the 7th Trumpet is about to sound." Rev.11:6,7. Mel lastday@pinn.net |
||||||
11 | Why admit Two Prophets were not THERE? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 43087
Jesus has those in mind who will "taste death" just before He comes in glory to "reward every believer." Matt.16:27. Peter talks about Christ's coming in glory. Those who must taste death will be killed before He comes in glory. Rev.12:10,11 alone combines those "who love not their life unto death" with the "coming of God's Kingdom Power." This is the context for "HERE is the patience of the Saints" during the 42 months when the Beast overcomes them; but they also "overcome" Satan to the End. How can you exclude this Endtime period? John shows this period is the "HERE AND NOW of God's kingdom power and Christ's authority...because the Saints overcome Satan by the blood of the Lamb!" Rev.12:10-14;Rev.13:5-10. Mel lastday@pinn.net |
||||||
12 | Could Mark 9:1 refer to Acts 2:1ff? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 43182
When John wrote about those who will taste death during, as well as AFTER, the "NOW of God's kingdom power and of Christ's authority," he was anticipating death for those who will "overcome Satan for 42 months by their word of testimony and by the blood of the Lamb." Satan's Endtime expulsion from heaven coincides to the END with the "overcomers who suffer death." Rev.12:10,11. This is the only explicit reference you can find to those who taste death during "The NOW (time) of God's Kingdom Power... SOME will taste death (for three days) AFTER the Two Prophets display God's Kingdom Power for 1260 days. Rev.11:7,11. Because of "God's Kingdom Power and Christ's Authority," all of the 144,000 Jews will be "fed and kept safe" to the End. Mel lastday@pinn.net |

13 | God's Kingdom Power comes near the SC | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 43257
The popular view that Mark 9:1 was fulfilled a week later has two basic flaws. It does not address the question of "not tasting death by any means until after Jesus comes in Kingdom Power." And it ignores the context for "tasting death." Jesus had just shown His concern for those who face death when He is "about to come in glory." The Transfiguration concerned Christ's death. It had nothing to do with "willing to take up our cross and follow Him" until the End. Only members of the Church who "overcome to the End will sit on thrones to reign with Christ." Rev.2:25,26. ||||||
14 | God's Kingdom Power comes near the SC | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 43379
Jesus was talking about "taking up the cross and following Him" unto physical death in Mark 8:38. He is not here talking about dying in order to become "new creatures"; but to show they are "worthy of Him." They must be new creatures to begin with before they can die for Christ. Lastday |

15 | Did the Kingdom of God lost its roots? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 43835
God's Kingdom has never lost its roots. But the time to which Jesus refers when "some will not taste death, by any means," will be fulfilled during the Endtime of 1260 days when Jesus also states "we will know the end is near." Matt.24:33. This Endtime period is the final phase of God's Kingdom Power just before Christ returns in glory. We will know this final 1260 day countdown has begun only when "the abomination sits/stands in the Temple." Matt.24:15; Mark 13:14; 2 Thess.2:4; Rev.11:1-3. This period of 42 months is the time for God's Kingdom Power displayed through the Two Prophets (Elijah and John) to fulfill Rev.11:3-7 and Rev.12:10-14!! Mel lastday@pinn.net |

16 | John and Elijah as the Two Prophets? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 43925
Hi, Makarios. The primary reasons: John alone is equipped to reveal the 7 messages of the "little scroll" which he was told to eat AFTER being instructed to "seal the book" out of which 7 thunders spoke. Jesus told Peter that John might survive until He comes...not until He actually appears in glory, as John corrected the "rumor" in John 21:22...but until He comes in Kingdom Power through the Two Prophets for 42 months. Rev.12:10-14. No evidence exists that John was martyred. So he could "prophesy again before many nations and kings and tongues and peoples." Two voices spoke at once, one from heaven and the Mighty Angel, to reveal that, before "time ends at the 7th Trumpet, he will prophesy again. And they said" ...plural; legousin..."to me...you must prophesy again." Rev.10:6,7,11. Read my chapters on Two Prophets and Apostle at www.lastday.net Mel |

17 | John and Elijah as the Two Prophets? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 44025
Thanks Makarios! John is not only appointed to "prophesy again" but who is better qualified to reveal what "seven classes" of men acknowledge on the Day the sun ceases to shine? These classes will be hiding in the mountains from the invading armies in the valley of Megiddo. Where do they get the knowledge that the "Day of the Lamb's wrath has come"? The Apostle John will reveal this as one of the "Seven Thunders" in my opinion! No wonder Jesus called him a "son of thunder." John knows the details of what is coming...but which are not yet revealed. My primary reason for choosing John is that one of the Two Prophets represents the Olive Tree of OT Saints and the other represents N T Gentiles having been "grafted into that same Olive Tree." Please compare Zech.4:11; Rev.11:4; Rom.11:24 to get the prophetic fulfillment of God's "manifold wisdom and eternal purpose." Eph.3:10,11. Mel |

18 | "Seven classes" of men? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 44307
Hi Makarios There are two groups of "seven." Rev.6:15; 19:18. One group hides in the mountains to escape those who make up the armies invading Israel to fight against the Lamb. See Rev.17:14 and Rev.16:14. It is clear they are not exactly the same group as in 6:15. See final paragraph. Some "kings of the earth" gather against Christ in Rev.17:14; Rev.16:14 and Rev.19:19. And they hide in the mountains in Rev.6:15. They not only take part in "gathering their armies against Christ"; but also may turn tail and hide from them in the mountains. They all "know the wrath of the Lamb has come," but many Jews will not believe John's message until they see Christ appear and "know their kingdom is near." See Luke 21:28,31. Jesus addresses the Jews in this passage; and the Elect in Matt.24 and Mark 13. The Elect, after the tribuation, (mentioned in Matthew and Mark) are "gathered above" by Jesus before the Jews "know their kingdom is near." And even the "kings" who call on the Lord will be "rescued" from physical death. Joel 2:31,32 and Luke 17:33. They may not become saved to join the sheep nations; but may still be "kept alive" if they recognize they will die if they "seek to save themselves." These rescued kings will become separate heads of "sheep or goat nations" who will rise up during the Millennium to fight in the battle of Gog and Magog OR become the "kings and nations that bring their glory into the New Jerusalem." Rev.21:24,26. Click "archives" on my homepage, www.lastday.net to read Message number 348 on "sheep nations inheriting the eternal kingdom" while the goat nations are cast into Hell at the end of the Millennium to fulfill Matt.25:32,41! Note, of the seven, "rich men" are found only in the group that hide in the mountains. They are missing from the list "gathered against the Lamb" in Rev.19:18. "Horses" take the place of "rich men." 19 | Where are the "Seven Thunders"? | Mark 9:1 | Lastday | 44431
Amazingly, Rev.6:15,16 occurs on the same 12-Hour Day that Rev.16:15,16 and Rev.19:15,16 occur! On that Day Christ destroys the armies at Armageddon and rescues every believer as He promised. John 6:38-40. He will "gather the Elect from earth to heaven in the days after the great tribulation." Mark 13:24,27. No one can deny this truth that Jesus alone "raises up all believers before He sends the angels to gather them above and out of the four winds of heaven." Matt.24:31. The seven last plagues have been finished as of Rev.6:12 when the sun ceases to shine, the heavens are shaken, the stars fall, the islands move out of their places, the mountains disappear and the wicked disintegrate while standing in their tracks! Rev.16:19-21; Zech.14:12. The messages of the Seven Thunders, which John has not yet revealed, speak out in Rev.10:1-4. Because he alone knows their content; but also digested the book which he "sealed up" before learning that he must prophesy again...he alone is qualified to reveal to these seven classes of men that, as Seal Six opens on the Lastday, "The Wrath of the Lamb has come." These classes are hiding in unbelief before the sun turns dark! The point about the two groups is that one group acknowledges God's wrath has come after hiding from the armies at Armageddon. When Christ appears to destroy the wicked, God allows those who are hiding to either "call on the rocks to hide them from His wrath also...or, instead of seeking to save themselves, and remembering the promise of Joel 2:31,32, they may cry out to the Lord to deliver them from death. They "remember Lot's wife." Luke 17:32,33. The word "preserve" is the same as that used of "keeping Moses alive" when all the male babies were killed. Acts 7:19. Mel |

Thank you, Makarios, for the kind words. I am on my way now to the Library at Regent University to research why the expulsion of Satan from heaven, recorded in Rev.12:7-10, has not been recognized as one of "five catalysts of the Endtime." Mel
