1 | albeit I have not spoken? | Ezek 13:7 | He-man | 139975
Do not the vain and repetious religions fall into this category? Ezekiel 13:7 7 Have ye not seen a vain vision, and have ye not spoken a lying divination, whereas ye say, The LORD saith it; albeit I have not spoken? |

2 | repeating the same verse over and over? | Mark 7:7 | He-man | 139972
Aren’t there some religious groups that fall into this vain category? Don't they also use vain repetitions when they pray, repeating the same thing over and over; and in their hypnotic music, repeating the same verse over and over? Matthew 6:7 7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. |

3 | fishing for comments, on these scripture | John 2:1 | He-man | 139971
This should answer all your questions. Acts 3:20-25 20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: 21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. 22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. 23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. 24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days. 25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Colossians 1:23 If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister; Matthew 24:15 15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Matthew 24:29-31 29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words. 2 Thessalonians 1:9, Revelation 1:1,Revelation 2:11, Revelation 20:6-7, Revelation 20:1-3, Revelation 20:4, Revelation 20:5-6, 2 Peter 3:11-13, Revelation 20:7-10, |

13 | Ignoring scriptural reference s? | Joel 2:3 | He-man | 139832
I gave you scriptural references and always do when discussing a subject. You only answer with questions. Can you explain the meaning of these verses by scriptural reference rather than ignoring them? "Refrain from these men"and "ye cannot overthrow it" means exactly what it says. The bible says that you are not to war against anything that God is doing, including Iraq. I only mentioned The Garden of Eden to show you that it is Holy Ground and not to be messed with by us or anyone else, or you will perish with the sword! "if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God..." in Iraq or anywhere else for that matter. The election of Presidents. The disposal of Presidents. Acts 5:38 And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: "Acts 5:38 And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: |

14 | they would not have crucified the Lord | Joel 2:3 | He-man | 139771
Perhaps you do not believe the bible? 1 Corinthians 2:10 10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. 1 Corinthians 2:8 8 Which none of the princes(or Presidents) of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. "Refrain from these men" means exactly what it says. Acts 5:38 And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: And again in 2 Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, Matthew 12:25 And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: The job is not ours at this time. This is who will do the job. Matthew 13:41 41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; John 18:36 says very clearly that we should not fight. The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769. |

15 | Babylon shall be found no more at all? | Joel 2:3 | He-man | 139719
I think this is the answer but is supposition on my part that He will not leave it desolate. Revelation 18:21 21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. Isaiah 11:10-14 And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious. 11 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the SECOND TIME to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from SHINAR,and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. 12 And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth. 13 The envy also of Ephraim shall depart, and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off: Ephraim shall not envy Judah, and Judah shall not vex Ephraim. 14 But they shall fly upon the shoulders of the Philistines toward the west; they shall spoil them of the east together: they shall lay their hand upon EDOM and MOAB; and the children of Ammon shall obey them. And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to DESTROY ALL THE NATIONS that come against Jerusalem. 10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. Isaiah 12:4 4 And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted. Revelation 13:9,10 If any man have an ear, let him hear. 10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. Philippians 3:18,19 18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) 16 | it will come to nought? | Joel 2:3 | He-man | 139711

17 | where it all began in Genesis? | Joel 2:3 | He-man | 139704
In The Beginning God created the Garden of Eden; is it not comprehensible that In The End He will again create the Garden of Eden, where it all began in Genesis? Genesis 11:9 Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth. Where was the first alphabet scripted? Do you think the fulfillment of prophesies are in Iraq? Genesis 11:4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. That His promise to Abraham, to inherit the land is now in the process of the final stages? That the war in the land of Iraq just happens to be a coincidence and not related to Isaiah 14:4? That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased! That Jesus shall choose Jerusalem again after these things happen? That Abraham was not allowed into the Promised land because the time was not up? That to indicate that the time was not yet, Abraham had to buy his grave site? What does Babel mean? (confusion), Babel Babylon (Greek form of Babel), is properly the capital city of the country which is called in Genesis Shinar, and in the later books Chaldea, or the land of the Chaldeans. The first rise of the Chaldean power was in the region close upon the Persian Gulf; thence the nation spread northward up the course of the rivers, and the seat of government moved in the same direction, being finally fixed at Babylon, perhaps not earlier than b.c. 1700. William Smith; revised and edited by F.N. and M.A. Peloubet, Smith’s Bible dictionary electronic ed., Logos Library System, (Nashville: Thomas Nelson) 1997.The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769. |
