when peter said 'elect to the foreknowlege of God' I believe that means that the Holy spirit draws each person,, some will harden their hearts and some will be drawn to Jesus.. God knew which ones would accept Jesus before the foundation of the world and they are the ones who are called the elect of God according to his foreknowlege.. | ||||||
