Greetings Bhawna, Please read these comforting words from Romans Chapter 8, 38 "For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord". Nothing can cause us to lose our salvation,we serve a God of truth and mercy, He would not leave us without complete assurance it is everywhere in His word. Read all of Rom. chap 8 and you will see how the Spirit is with us. respectfully, |

Greetings to All, I am a former catholic and now trust Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. May I suggest that you study your Bible as much as possible. Catholics are taught to rely on man made tradition, praying to Mary to intercede, praying for the dead, salvation by works, etc. There are many scriptures to show that many of these teaching are in error, but of course you must be prepared to reference them. Arguing does not work, the threat of being eternally lost does not work and as wnj2002 pointed out it will be the Holy Spirit that does the convincing. respectfully, |
