2 | How is comunion only symbolic? | 1 Cor 10:16 | Johnny | 5605
But, didn't Jesus say "Take and eat; this is my body." Matthew 26:12, and "This is my blood of the covenant: Matthew 26:28. He didn't say "this is a symbol of my body, or a symbol of my blood". And then, didn't he say "Do this in memory of me." Luke 22:19. This has always been a problem for me and I would love to hear more on this subject.
3 | Should homosexuals be ordained? | Rom 1:27 | Johnny | 5597
Careful here. God creates all of us, and we are to love each other, regardless of race, religion, or sexual preference. It's not the fact that a person is a homosexual that is wrong, but what the person does, i.e. sexual acts with someone of the same sex. So, if a person is homosexual and lives a life of chasity, I do not believe that anyone has the right to place judgement on him/her or the ministry that God may call them to do in this life.
