So are u saying not to go to church until one is perfect ? I think a church might be a good place to start. What would your advice be to an addict wondering where to start to accept Christ? I appreciate your note about living a life after accepting Christ but it seemed to me that good church provides as good support system for an addict and I wouldn't want her to stop her search I see your point further in Matt 7 when it says not everyone who says Lord Lord will enter the Kingdom . Don't want to mislead anyone just wanted to encourage anyone who is addicted. I was and by God leading me to a good church was saved by believing in Jesus. Now I am trying to live a life with Christ in me . Not quite perfect yet ! Thanks for your note Azure

Thank you very much Bill for that response. I didnt know it was necessarily a controverisal verse it just seemd like I was being exhorted not to judge but when evil is present it is Ok and I took the not judging literal and it did not make sense to say " do not judge anyone " but in some cases it is acceptaple. So.... thank you that explantion it really helps to have an expert point to other scriptures to explain that in certain case where people are unwilling to listen or act in a way that pleases God it is fine to walk away in fact expexcted not to waste our time/life. So this scripture is mainly talking about evangalizing I suppose. Thanks again I really appreciate your help. John
