Maybe. I am reminded, however, of the last supper and a clue that may shed light on this. "After the morsel, Satan then entered him (Judas). Therefore Jesus said to him, 'What you do, do quickly.' Now no one of those reclining at the table knew for what purpose He had said this to him. For some were supposing, because Judas had the money box, that Jesus was saying to him, 'Buy the things we have need of for the feast'; or else, that he should give something to the poor. (John 13:27-29 NASB)" This seems to say to me that Jesus kept money with him to a greater or lesser extent. | ||||||

Gospel means "good news". What good news would there be had Jesus not died and risen from the dead. If all there was to preach was that God had come down in human form, would there really be anything to put our faith in? | ||||||
