junmeskie. I had no intention of ever again posting to this forum. You have changed my mind. For as long as there are ISPs... Even I wouldn't go so far as to call it a "stanic doctrine." More like a "dangerous" doctrine. One of "blissful ignorance," and in this particular thread; one of downright refusal to accept the truth contained in the Word that they profess, to the point of down right stupidity. Perhaps they are saved! Praise the Lord! Perhaps they will overcome and make it through the gates, but they do not know what it is that they are telling others who may not have the same amount of grace bestowed apon them... Grace. Now that is a topic that it would appear not many herein truly understand. If so, there is very little portrayal of an understanding thereof. Thank you; for though they profess knowledge, they lack much. Don't let those as such confuse you, That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and [their] sins should be forgiven them. "instilling a false sense of security and self-confidence among Christians concerning their salvation" BINGO!!!! It seems that the majority of the self professed biblically learned herein do not even have enough faith in their own words to put more than a "screen name" to them. Exhorter In Christ George |

"merely repent. You don't need to be resaved. Just confess your sins." Amen! Repent! Or what? To think that one could be "resaved" is to think that Christ could be "recrucified." But there are those who would state that once you are saved, there is no more need for repentance. ONCE SAVED, ALWAYS SAVED! Isn't that what the words say? Having been shown the scripture over and over, they persist in their ignorance. What are we to do concerning such who are of the church? They are living dangerously, and teaching death. WHAT ARE WE TO DO? Exhorter in Christ George |

Dear soul, I am not bitter or angry, just adamant when it comes to truth where the Word is concerned. If I come off as "bitter," it is not my intention. If I seem to be defensive, it is only because of the attacks suffered due to my stance on this topic. I too am only human and do make mistakes. My appologies were to the individual and to those who took my note as an accack on that individual. I make no appologies for the general content thereof, only for my mistaken interpritation of the note it was attached to, for there are those herein to whom it is adequately suited. George |

6 | Just a thought. What's yours? | 1 Cor 11:18 | Exhorter | 102782 | ||
Most assuredly, this post was not intended as a response to the note to which it is atached. Having made such a mistake I George have apparently been restricted further access to this sight. My humble and sincerely heart felt appologies to you christian7, and any others whom may have thought this post was in response to yours. In having made such an unforgivable mistake, I sadly accept the judgement passed apon me. Although I am sure the feeling will not be mutual, I will miss being able to read the words of wisdom possesed by many herein, and the sharing of biblical knowledge, with which I have been blessed. May our omnipotent and graceful Lord and master richly bless all who sincerely seek HIs truth with open mind and heart. And may they know that He WILL give KNOWLEDGE to those who diligently (not halfheartedly)seek His word. "In the begining was the Word." That Word will also be in the ending. As to those who would seek to interpriate,or opinionate the Word, I would strongly suggest they consider the Word in it's "entirity" so that the promices, rather than the curses therein would be theirs. For; Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach [them], the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. Mat 5:19 And Again I exhort you dear bretheren, that all should consider 2Ti2:15. For there are many who, "Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm." who intentionally or not, will lead you to distruction. A "sincere" application of 2Ti2:15 will equip you to discern and therefor rebuke those as such. For(and I paraphrase,) "we who teach wil be held accountable to a higher standard of judgement." christian7, Will you please forgive me? Exhorting in Christ George |
