1 | Seventy Weeks? | Dan 9:24 | w123 | 14462
Yes, I prefer the decree of Artaxerexes (refer Ezra)which was delivered to the Administrators of Palestine region Sep/Oct 458bc. 69 sevens later(483 years) in Sep/Oct 26AD Jesus was baptised and began his ministry - confirming the covenant of a Messiah to come. 3 1/2 years later, March/April 30AD Jesus is crucified putting an end to all God acceptable sacrifices for sin.
2 | Why Daniel 9:24-27? | Dan 9:24 | w123 | 14460
I agree that the first half of Dan 9:27 is fulfilled historically by the first coming of Christ as He confirms a covenant and ends all acceptable sacrifice for sin. However the seventy sevens cannot be complete because that would mean an end to sin in Jerusalem(ref Dan 9:24) and on earth and this has'nt happened yet.
