1 | 3rd or 4th temple Zechariah 6:12-13 | John 2:18 | savedsince1980 | 217936
Please read John 2:18-21. The third temple was the body of the Lord, Jesus Christ, himself. Also, please read all of Ezekial chapter 11, where the glory of the Lord departs from the temple (v. 23.) The temple of God is the place where the glory (or Spirit) dwells. Today that is the body of believers, not some building in Jerusalem. You are under a general misconception altogether. Forget buildings made of stone or wood and think "body of Christ," where the Spirit dwells today.
2 | Should I get baptized again? | Acts | savedsince1980 | 217856
This is what the bible says about baptism..." 35Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. 36 And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? 37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. 38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him. (Acts 8:35-38.) Based on that I would say that a person should be baptized in water only after he or she has believed with all his/her heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Any prior baptism is of no consequence. |

3 | Is Desiderata in the Bible? | Romans | savedsince1980 | 217855
No. From Wikipedia..."Desiderata" (Latin for "desired things", plural of desideratum) is an inspirational prose poem about attaining happiness in life. It begins: Go placidly amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. Max Ehrmann first copyrighted it in 1927, but it was widely circulated in the 1960s without attribution to him. This copyright was renewed in 1954 by Bertha Ehrmann.
4 | Why does Jesus have mercy on Demons? | Mark 5:13 | savedsince1980 | 217854
Because "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven" (Eccl. 3:1.) The time for the punishment of the demons had not yet arrived. That occurs much later (see Matt. 25:41 and Rev. 20:10-15.)
5 | The man Paul cursed. | 2 Corinthians | savedsince1980 | 217853
Paul didn't curse the man. He told the church to not have fellowship with him (1 Cor. 5:11.) Later on, as you guessed, he told the same church to accept him back (2 Cor. 2:6-8.) I belive it's a given, however, that this brother has shown penitence for his deed.

8 | Tithing before Mosaic Law | Gen 14:20 | savedsince1980 | 217784
The first murder was also before the Mosaic law(s, all 613 of them.) Should we follow that example also?

10 | Need interpretation for these verses | Rom 2:12 | savedsince1980 | 217770
1. While the sinner who doesn't know "the law" (613 laws of the Old Testament) will surely be punished at the judgment, the sinner who does know the law will be even more severely punished because he knew better. 2. The man is a born-again believer in Jesus Christ who has chosen to sin. Handing him over to Satan means breaking off fellowship with him. In due time he will repent because Satan will have no mercy on him. He will torment him and, if necessary, even his flesh will die. But, his spirit will be saved. See 1 Cor 3:11-15 for the details. |

11 | Tithing before Mosaic Law | Gen 14:20 | savedsince1980 | 217768
No. It is mentioned only twice before it became part of the 613 laws we collectively call "the law." Jesus mentioned the tithe only in reference to what the Pharisees were doing. (By the way Jesus was still under the law. The new covenant wasn't yet in effect.) Tithing is not mentioned one time in the book of Acts or in any of the epistles except for Hebrews, where it is part of the old covenant which has been superseded by the new covenant. Tithing is not for the church. If you really want to know what tithing's about ask a Jew. Modern Jews, who supposedly keep the law, don't even tithe!
12 | free will or predestine ? | Bible general Archive 4 | savedsince1980 | 217767

13 | Unemployment cheques for the saints. | 2 Thess 3:8 | savedsince1980 | 217766
It isn't unlawful because there's no law against it. There is however the apostle Paul's advice in 2 Thessalonians 3:8-10. In my opinion, the church should offer temporary assistance. The unemployed should seek and obtain employment.
