1 | Were the Psalms written in the order the | Ps 1:1 | nicholasM | 168422 | ||
The book of Psalms was not just written by David, who is the most celebrated Psalmist, but major contributors were also Asaph, the sons of Korah, and others. The collection may have been unified under Ezra's supervision at the time of the restoration of worship at Jerusalem. As such, depending on how they were unified there is a good chance they are not necessarily written in chronological order. This is only my guess tho. Draw from this what you will.
