1 | Flood kills whales and sharks | Genesis | llatsni | 62909
No, I understand from the line 'in which is the breath of life' and the general reasons for the flood itself, that God only intended to destroy human life. Gen 2:5 talks about Adams creation: "...breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being." This suggests to me that God distinguishes Animal life from Human life in one way by the fact that Human life has His "breath of life" in it. It would make sense that Noahs ark was to preserve only land dwelling animals as the water dwelling ones would probably like a big flood!
