1 | Why did god disallow the man to take... | Gen 3:22 | ahfs1 | 60014 | ||
Gen 2:17 but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die." God told them what they could not do, and if they did so the consequences of their action. Because they ate from the tree, they were kicked out of the garden and no longer able to partake of the tree of life and because of this they would die. From that point on man knew the difference between good and evil and was not able to remove there sins. Now comes into play why God sent his only begotten son, Jesus Christ, who died for us so that we may be found without sin. Only through him are we able to be ‘restored.’ |
