1 | How can a evil spirit come from the Lord | 1 Sam 19:9 | MsMarlaJ | 17070
I believe that it is a matter of interpetation, not so much and "evil" spirit, but rather an "attitude" of Gods presence towards Saul, but the author maybe at the time didn't have the word "Attitude" in his vocabulary, so instead he chose "evil" - like the time that God was in the garden with Adam and he already knew, that Adam had eaten the apple - his spirit was not in a 'pleasant' mood, but rather one of anger/distress.
