1 | In Heb 4.1....What is (His Rest) | Heb 4:1 | Collinslizclay@aol.com | 84150
It says in repentance and rest is our strength. I believe it means not trying to establish a righteousness of our own but accepting the finished work Christ did on the cross. He nailed our sins to the cross. We are reconciled to God through Christ and we need to repent and believe. |

2 | the verse that"says self-murder brings j | Matt 12:31 | Collinslizclay@aol.com | 84149
The Bible says that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. And if anyone destroys it God will destroy them. How can one repent when he or she is dead? I do not know but have wondered. I have heard man preach that at funeral of suicide victim. But really did not bear witness to what he said. With God all things are possible and God alone knows the heart. |

3 | Can we be forgiven for murder? | 1 John 1:7 | Collinslizclay@aol.com | 84148
The only unforgivable sin in the Bible is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. If repented of murder is forgiven. Read about David in Bible Psalm 51 is his repentance prayer. Moses also murdered an Egyptian. Yet a person unrepentant or not born again will not go to Heaven according to Rev 21:8 tells many things that will not enter. No wonder the only message Jesus preached is the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand repent! |

1 Pet 3:18 For Christ also died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit; 1 Pet 3:19 in which also He went and made proclamation to the spirits now in prison, 1 Pet 3:20 who once were disobedient, when the patience of God kept waiting in the days of Noah, during the construction of the ark, in which a few, that is, eight persons, were brought safely through the water. 1 Pet 3:21 Corresponding to that, baptism now saves you--not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal to God for a good conscience--through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, 1 Pet 3:22 who is at the right hand of God, having gone into heaven, after angels and authorities and powers had been subjected to Him. 8 | Did Jesus talk most of heaven or hell | Matthew | Collinslizclay@aol.com | 84089
It takes a little over four hours to read outloud the red letters of Jesus. What Jesus said or talked about. A couple of years ago I sat and read the red letters and recorded them on tapes so I could listen to them over and over. I would be glad to copy and send to you if you will send address. However, you would get more out of it to do it yourself if you have a tape recorder and tapes. Because then you will be speaking the word, seeing the word and hearing the word. Kingdom of heaven Begins Matt 3:2-Matt10:7. Hades Matt11:23-Matt16:18, Luke10:15-Luke 16:23, Acts 2:27-31, Rev 1:18, Rev 6:8, Rev 20:13-14. Jesus mentioned Hell in Matt 5:22, 5:29-30, Matt 10:28, Matt 18:9, Matt 23:15-33Mark 9:43, Mark 9:45, Mark 9:47, Luke 12:5, others mention hell in James 3:6,2Peter 2:4. Jesus also mentions Hades Matt 11: 23, Matt 16:18, Luke 10:15, Luke 16:23, Rev 1:18. Jesus mentioned thrown into outer darkness three times Matt 8:12, Matt 22:13, Matt 25:30. Lake of fire is refered to in Rev chapters 19 and 20. But Jesus makes more references to Kingdom of God. Which is now for those who believe repent and are born again by the Holy Spirit. Matt-Rev. Jesus talked much about the heart and the one who obeys Him was the one who loved Him. He preached repentance which man takes out much of the time. The words of Jesus will keep us from deception and tickled ears gospel. Another Jesus is being preached, in fact many other Jesus's. But we can know the truth and Jesus is the truth the way and the life. |
