1 | BBQ, Whose will are you submitted to? | Phil 4:19 | BARBAQUED | 172285
Heavy, the whole idea is to walk in faith, the walk is the reward. God knows our needs yet we still need to ask. Matt 20:32 And Jesus stopped and called them, and said, "What do you want Me to do for you?" Jesus gives us the authority to ask. Matt 21:22 "And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." As our earthy fathers do the best they can for us so our heavenly Father answers our prayers. The walk becomes easier as we grow in faith. Peace be with you. |

2 | Authority to Ask God for One's Needs | Phil 4:19 | BARBAQUED | 172205
KALOS: The Lord is our Father; he is a generous and loving Father. Jesus has told us we can ask for anything. The Lord knows and takes care of all of our needs. Matt 7:8 For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, [the door] will be opened Matt 7:9 Or what man is there of you, if his son asks him for a loaf of bread, will hand him a stone? Matt 21:21 And Jesus answered them, Truly I say to you, if you have faith (a firm relying trust) and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, Be taken up and cast into the sea, it will be done. Praise be to God BBQ |
