Nobody will want to touch this question because in the response it will offend someone but being affiliated with all of these groups except the latter I have to say it comes down to "Religious Law" to achieve some form of righteousness which always produces enmity. (Ephesians 2:15) No matter how small the laws, examples, I can't go to dances, or movies, or to wear certain makeup or dress codes or missing mass on Sunday all are religious laws used to achieve righteousness. When you keep those certain laws, you fit in with the group but Romans 10:4 says Christ is the end of the Law, for righteousness to everyone that believes. Are you a believer? If you are, then Christ is the end of the Law for you, as a means to achieving righteousness with God. I have found true believers in every group but the question all of us have to answer is, are we a believer first and then a Catholic or (Baptist etc) I met some that love their religion more then they love God and what a mess that is but the wheat and the tares will grow together. You will know them by their fruit. | ||||||
