1 | How can one become a christian? | Romans | melody4u | 228141
Hi Sankalpa, If you check out Romans 10:9-11 you will see that the Bible clearly states that anyone who confesses with their mouth and believes in their hearts that Jesus is Lord will be saved. Salvation is the key to being a true Christian. Christians do not represent both an ethnic group and a religion like the Jewish community. People can identify themselves as having a Jewish ethnic background as well as consider themselves Jewish for their religion. For example, I was born into a Christian family but I did not begin my personal walk with Christ until I was much older. Simply being born into a family that is Christian does not give you salvation. I hope this answers your question. Be blessed! |

2 | living together without marriage | 1 Corinthians | melody4u | 228671
Hello, This is something that a lot of Christians struggle with of all ages. The answer is quite simple. It is impossible for it to be done. I understand the love you have for your boyfriend but at the end of the say sin is sin. JUst know that whatever decision you make God still loves you both. Of course he wants obedience from us, but he still loves us in our mess. I think the two of you should begin to pray and ask God to help you obey him in your relationship. He will begin to speak to you both about what should be done. You dont have to answer this here, but are you and your boyfriend having sex? Even if you didnt live together and you still have sex outside of marriage, this too is also a sin. |
