Currently, it is impossible to know, because the calendaring system used by the Hebrews in the Old Testament is unknown. There are a few month names mentioned. i.e. Ex 13:4 On this day in the month of Abib, you are about to go forth. By the time of the New Testament the Babylonians/Greeks had much influence on the calendar, thus the Old Testament Hebrew calendar is lost. You ask the question of the OT, but your answer deals with the law. The OT does apply to us as Christians, scripture in the Bible is the old testament. The new had not been written.
